£60.00 per session for Main Hall (mornings or afternoons)

 

£75.00 per session for Main Hall (evenings)

 

£40.00 per session for Walter Hurst Lounge

 

£40.00 per session for Cross Keys Suite

 

*Please note during day time business hours if you choose to provide a private caterer room fees are doubled due to pavilion incurred costs.

 

£15.00 per hour for hire of MUGA

 

£1 per person for tea/coffee. Tea and coffee is self service, with unlimited refills for groups up to 25 people. However for groups over 25 people £1 per serving per person.

 

£0.25p per person per serving for biscuits. (assortment on a tray)

 

£40 cleaning charge if table cloths are required for your function.

 

£25 fee if a cleaner is required for your function.

 

Buffets are available on request.

 

£30 Overhead projector hire.

 

£30 DVD Player hire.

 

£30 Laptop hire.

 

Flip chart, free of charge

 

PA system, free of charge

 

Broadband Internet, free of charge
